At MDG I have a friendly dedicated account manager, who checks the monthly electric invoices, towards the end of contract serves the termination notice on our supplier and negotiates new contracts from a number of different suppliers. The options are presented to me outlining the unit cost of each. This takes the hassle out of renewal dates, chasing quotations and has provided access to deals which might not have been available.
